NO Wednesday night ministries tonight because of Revival.
The last night of Revival is tonight, starting at 6:30. Clayton & Leah Hackle will bring the special music while Pastor Tommy Henry brings the Word. Come join us!
Cedar Street will have a booth at the festival this coming weekend, November 8, and we also need volunteers to help run the booth. We will have flyers and info about our church, we can pray with people, and we will have a speaker set up with Christian music playing. We will have gospel tracts, Bibles, candy, and also a game set up for the kids. If anyone can help to man the booth, they can text 478-299-0557 to let us know so we can have a rotation since it’s from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thank You!
The CSBC Brotherhood will meet on Tuesday, November 18, at 7 p.m. More details will come.
The Youth and CSKIDS will participate in a joint ministry on Wednesday, November 19. They will have a pizza party and then pack shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child.
The Golden Agers are asking for donations of non-perishable food items for their Thanksgiving baskets. Please bring it by November 20.
The Golden Agers will meet on Friday, November 21, at 11 a.m. to eat and pack Thanksgiving boxes. They will then deliver those boxes on Monday, November 24, at 1 p.m.
The Christmas Nativity ornament event is November 25 for all ladies who have already signed up.
Local area churches will be holding an event called "The Thanksgiving Table." It will be held on Friday, November 28, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the park in downtown Metter. There will be music and devotions. Furthermore, a meal will be served to the first 200 visitors that arrive. All interested volunteers need to arrive at Cedar Street at 9:30 that morning in the fellowship hall.
