Interested in becoming a member here at Cedar Street? If so, Pastor Bo will be hosting his next "CSBC & Me" Prospective Members class, beginning on September 7 at 9:45 a.m. in the Pastor's office. "CSBC & Me" is an eight-week class, taught during the Sunday school hour, that explores who we are, what we believe, and what our mission is as a church family. The sign up sheet for this class is in the vestibule, and there is no obligation to join the church after you take the class.
The CSBC Choir returns Sunday, September 7, at 4 p.m. Please pray about joining the choir.
Come be with us for a time of fellowship on Sunday night, September 7 at 5 p.m. Bring your favorite snacks, finger foods, desserts, & drinks. We'll meet in the fellowship hall.
The Student Ministry is looking for a female Sunday School Teacher. If interested in helping disciple our youth, please be sure to get in touch with Joseph or Julie Gomez.
Mrs. Dianne would like all of the Golden Agers to know that starting in September, The GAs will meet the 3rd Friday of every month. Go ahead and mark your calendars.
On September 14, we sill have a Missions breakfast fundraiser. We'll eat breakfast from 9 - 10 a.m. and then Brother Ronnie Sikes will teach Sunday School at 10 a.m. for all adults. All proceeds go to the Costa Rica mission team.
We currently have an envelope fundraiser going until October 31. Take as many envelopes as you want and put the dollar amount inside. Each envelope filled goes toward helping the Costa Rica team.
